The Lakeside 2085 Creation Express Mobile Induction Cooking Station features three induction stoves with energy-efficient and safe cooking technology. It includes two down draft filtration systems for exhaust filtration, enhancing mobility where cooking exhaust management is required. The unit offers a temperature range from 90° to 440°F controlled by an LED panel and is constructed with stainless steel for durability.
This mobile cooking cart measures 48" wide by 22" deep and 40-1/2" high, weighing 298 lbs. It has a solid top with laminated front and ends and is equipped with 5" casters for easy movement. Operating on a 220v/60/1-ph, 50 amp circuit with a NEMA 14-50P plug, it is ETL listed and designed for versatile commercial kitchen use requiring portable induction cooking with filtration.
