The Vulcan VHP212 Heavy Duty Achiever Propane Gas Hot Plate 12" delivers efficient cooking with two 27,500 BTU/hr burners for fast preheating and recovery. Built with a heavy gauge welded steel chassis, this hot plate is designed for durability and consistent performance in busy commercial kitchens.
Featuring stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, the unit includes cast iron top grates and manual gas valve controls. It also has lift-off burner heads, protected standing pilots, and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray for easy maintenance. The hot plate stands on 4" adjustable legs and is CSA and NSF certified for safety and sanitation compliance.
