The Robot Coupe R101BCLR Food Processor features a 2.5-quart clear polycarbonate cutter bowl with a see-through lid and a stainless steel "S" blade. It operates with a direct drive, fan-cooled 3/4 horsepower motor running at 1725 RPM. The unit includes on/off push buttons and is designed for efficient batch processing with easy attachment removal for superior cleanability.
