The Vulcan VHP212U Heavy Duty Achiever Natural Gas Hot Plate 12" with Step-Up Burner offers two 30,000 BTU/hr burners for rapid preheating and recovery. Its heavy gauge welded steel chassis ensures long-term durability, making it suitable for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Available in multiple sizes, it adapts to various space and volume needs.
This model features stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, cast iron top grates, and manual gas valve controls. It includes lift-off burner heads, protected standing pilots, and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray for easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 4" adjustable legs and is CSA and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
