The Blodgett DFG-200-ES Premium Series is a natural gas double deck full size bakery depth convection oven designed for high-volume baking. It features stainless steel front, top, and sides with dual pane thermal glass windows encased in stainless steel door frames. The oven includes a powder coated door handle with simultaneous door operation and a triple-mounted pressure lock door design for secure use. Its interior has a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and stainless steel combustion chamber with five chrome-plated racks per deck.
This oven operates with a direct fired gas system and electronic spark ignition control, offering a temperature range from 200°F to 500°F. It includes a solid state digital control with LED display, Cook & Hold, and Pulse Plus features. The unit is Energy Star qualified and NSF listed, with a 3/4 horsepower blower motor and draft diverter for venting. Dimensions are 38-1/4" width, 36-7/8" depth, and 72-5/8" height, making it suitable for bakery depth applications.
