The Somerset CDR-500M Single Pass Dough Sheeter offers the same versatility as the CDR-500 but features metallic rollers for enhanced durability. It is ideal for high-volume foodservice operations such as pizzerias, bakeries, and donut shops. The machine sheets various dough types to a uniform thickness quickly, producing 500 to 600 pieces per hour with consistent results.
Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and equipped with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings, the CDR-500M includes safety sensors for automatic shutoff and spring-loaded scrapers for easy cleaning. Its compact design maximizes counter space, and adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability. The ¾ HP gear motor supports single-phase 115v/60Hz or 220v/50Hz power, making it a reliable choice for demanding bakery environments.
