The O'Creme Large Christmas Tree Rosette Iron Mold is made from cast aluminum alloy, designed to create traditional Scandinavian rosette cookies. These light and airy fried pastries are typically enjoyed with powdered sugar or cinnamon, especially during Christmas. The large Christmas tree shape adds a festive flair to your holiday baking.
Measuring 4 inches from top to base and 2-3/4 inches at the widest part with a height of 1/2 inch, this lightweight mold is safe and easy to handle around hot oil. Proper seasoning of the iron in hot oil before first use is recommended to ensure easy cookie release. Rosette iron handles are sold separately for customized handling.
