The Globe S13A Heavy-Duty Automatic Meat Slicer features a 13-inch German steel knife with a hardened edge for quality slicing and higher yield. Its patent-pending anodized aluminum design allows for quick and easy cleaning, while the tilting carriage accommodates large products up to 13.75" high and 11" wide. The slicer offers precise slice thickness adjustment up to 1-1/8" and a 50° gravity feed carriage to improve productivity.
Equipped with a 1/2 HP continuous use motor and advanced knife drive system, this slicer delivers optimum power and efficiency. Safety features include no voltage release and interlock systems. The top-mounted removable sharpening system uses synthetic diamond surfaces for quick maintenance.
