The American Range AF-75 Gas Floor Fryer offers superior frying performance with its high BTU rating for rapid recovery during peak periods. Its design includes a deep oil level to accommodate larger food products and a sloping vessel bottom for efficient draining of oil and debris. The fryer features a "cool zone" that prevents food particle carbonization, extending oil life and maintaining food quality.
Constructed entirely of heavy-duty stainless steel, this fryer includes a rugged double panel door and removable stainless steel basket guides. It operates with a Millivolt Control System and a 100% safety shut off valve, requiring no electrical power. The unit comes with two nickel-plated baskets with cool grip plastic handles for operator comfort and ease of use.
