The Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan sized 10" x 15" with a 3-inch depth is constructed from extra thick 14 gauge aluminum for even heat distribution and consistent baking results. Its straight sides provide a professional look ideal for wedding tiers, while the extra wide rims facilitate easy handling of heavy filled pans.
This oven-safe pan has a solid, fixed bottom and a stick coating to prevent sticking and simplify cleanup. When using this pan, allow an additional 1 to 1.5 inches of space for the flange. It is suitable for both commercial and home baking applications.
