The Turbo Air MST-28 M3 Series Sandwich/Salad Table offers a 7 cu. ft. capacity designed to keep kitchen lines safe, sanitary, and organized. The upper hood accommodates 1/3-size condiment pans (included) for easy access to salad ingredients, while the lower cabinet features an adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelf for extra storage. The refrigeration system maintains a constant temperature between 33 and 39°F to keep food safe from bacteria.
Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is easy to clean and durable. It includes one solid swing door, sits on 4" casters for mobility, and operates on 115V, 60Hz power with a 1/4 HP bottom-mounted compressor drawing 3.3 amps. ETL, cETL, and NSF certifications ensure safety and hygiene compliance for commercial sandwich and salad preparation.
