The Vollum Heavy Duty Flour Sifter is crafted entirely from 22 gauge stainless steel, combining durability with lightness for all-day bakery use. Its 8-inch diameter and extra-fine 0.3mm (50 mesh) holes make it ideal for sifting out tiny particles, including bug parts, which is a kashrus priority. This mesh size is also perfect for sifting confectioner's sugar, which is finer than flour.
