The Pavoni Pavoflex PX3217 TEATIME CYLINDER40 Silicone Mold features 15 cavities, each measuring 45mm x 45mm x 28mm with a volume of 40 ml (1.4 oz). Designed in collaboration with Antonio Bachour, this mold is ideal for monoportion desserts served at catering, banqueting, weddings, and plated dessert events.
Made from pliable silicone with a non-stick slick upper surface, it allows easy removal of food and minimal cleaning. The mold is safe for use in convection ovens, static ovens, and microwaves, and is resistant to both cold and heat. Cleaning is simple with hot water and mild soap, and it can be sanitized in an oven at 150°C for two minutes.
