The Turbo Air MST-72-30 M3 Series 3 Door Mega-Top Sandwich Salad Table provides a large 23 cubic feet capacity with extra pan space for efficient food preparation. It includes a 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board and three adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves, offering ample workspace and storage. Its cold air compartment and gas condensate system maintain consistent temperatures between 33 and 39° F for optimal freshness.
This self-contained unit features three solid swing doors, stainless steel construction, and CFC-free polyurethane insulation. Equipped with four-inch casters for mobility, it operates on 115 volts with a 1/2 HP bottom-mounted compressor. The unit is ETL, cETL, and NSF listed and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens requiring mega-top sandwich prep refrigeration.
