The Robot Coupe Blixer-2 is a commercial blender mixer featuring a 2.5-quart stainless steel bowl designed for efficient food preparation. It can liquidize food as well as chop, grind, puree, and emulsify, making it a versatile tool for professional kitchens.
This batch bowl processor includes a stainless steel "S" serrated blade assembly, on/off buttons, a pulse switch, and operates at a single speed of 3450 RPM. Powered by a 1 HP motor with 700 watts at 120 volts and 5.8 amps, it is ETL and cETL certified for electrical and sanitation standards.
