Novacart Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Molds are food-grade, free-standing pans inspired by traditional Italian baked goods. These molds eliminate metal pans, reducing cleanup and allowing flexible baking quantities. Made of rigid baking paper, they are oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe. The molds measure 2-3/8" diameter by 2" high with a 3.5 oz capacity and feature a tear tab for easy removal.
These round molds have a solid bottom and are KOF-K Kosher certified. They are recyclable but not compostable and suitable for thicker batters or doughs. Ideal for professional and home bakers, these molds provide an attractive packaging option while simplifying baking and storage.
