The Wolf IRB36 Natural Gas Infrared Salamander Broiler offers powerful broiling with a heavy-duty 30,000 BTU/hr infrared burner, perfect for professional kitchens. Its stainless steel front, top, and sides ensure durability and ease of maintenance. The broiler features an infinite heat control valve and a pilot ignition system for precise temperature control and dependable ignition.
This model is designed for countertop or wall mounting and includes a chrome plated trigger grip control handle for secure broiling carriage positioning. The heavy-duty chrome plated broiling grid measures 27-1/2" wide by 13" deep, complemented by a removable full-width spillage pan and a 3/4" top gas connection with regulator. CSA and NSF certifications guarantee quality and safety.
