The Gobel Non-Stick Tinned-Steel Fluted Barquette Mold is crafted from tin-plated steel with a PTFE non-stick coating, designed for daylong use in bakery kitchens. This seamless one-piece mold is resistant to bending and squeezing, maintaining its shape through repeated baking cycles. It is ideal for creating classic fluted barquette tartlets, hors d'oeuvres, and petit fours.
Measuring 4-3/4" x 1-7/8" x 1/2" high (120mm x 50mm x 14mm), this mold is not stainless steel and requires careful care to avoid moisture damage. It is not dishwasher safe and should be towel dried immediately after washing to preserve its quality and longevity.
