The L. Tellier Mouli Food Mill is a stainless steel kitchen tool designed to strain or puree tomatoes, apples, carrots, potatoes, fruit sauces, soups, and more. By turning the crank, the semi-circular blade compresses and scrapes food, separating seeds, skin, and fibers for smooth purees.
This food mill features a basket sieve cutting plate that allows processing larger quantities at once, with an output of approximately 10 pounds per minute. It fits receptacles from 10-1/4" to 24" and comes with a 3mm sieve, with additional sieves available separately for different textures and consistencies.
