The Wolf IRB36 LP Gas Infrared Salamander Broiler is a versatile broiling solution for commercial kitchens, featuring a heavy-duty 30,000 BTU/hr infrared burner for efficient and consistent heat. Its stainless steel front, top, and sides provide durability and easy cleaning. The broiler includes an infinite heat control valve and a pilot ignition system for precise temperature management and reliable operation.
Designed for countertop or wall mounting, it features a chrome plated trigger grip control handle for positive broiling carriage positioning and a heavy-duty chrome plated broiling grid measuring 27-1/2" wide by 13" deep. Additional features include a removable full-width spillage pan and a 3/4" top gas connection with regulator. Certified by CSA and NSF, this broiler is built for professional use.
