The Hobart Legacy HL400-4 40 qt. Floor Mixer is engineered for professional kitchens requiring high performance and durability. It features a heavy-duty 1 1/2 HP motor with gear-driven transmission and three fixed speeds plus a stir speed. The mixer includes patented soft start agitation technology and a 20-minute SmartTimer with automatic time recall for precise control.
This planetary mixer includes a stainless steel bowl, dough hook, beater, wire whip, and stainless steel bowl guard. Rubber foot pads provide stability, and the metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish ensures corrosion resistance. Large, easy-to-reach controls and ergonomic swing-out bowl design enhance usability in busy commercial environments.
