The Pavoni Cookmatic PIASTRA-57 Round Plates come with 23 cavities, each designed for tartlets with a bottom diameter of 53mm and height of 15mm. The top diameter is 55mm, and the plate measures 380mm by 330mm. Made from non-stick material, these plates facilitate easy tartlet removal and cleaning. Weighing about 11 kg (24 lbs), they are suitable for use with the Cookmatic Special machine.
