The Norpro 1041 Large Dough Press is designed for making a variety of filled pastries including meat pasties, turnovers, calzones, dumplings, pocket sandwiches, Monte Cristo sandwiches, empanadas, perogies, and piroshkis. This versatile tool allows you to be creative with different fillings and easily fold dough to create perfectly sealed pockets.
Measuring 6 inches in diameter when open and folding to pockets sized 3 inches by 6 inches, it holds approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup capacity. The press comes with recipes and instructions to guide you through the process. Hand washing is recommended to maintain its quality and longevity.
