This 20 inch by 249 inch belt is designed for the Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter, specifically for the Acme Model 8-9. Made from a natural color PVC compound with two plies of polyester and cotton fabric, it features a bare fabric cover and bottom surface. The belt provides a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel, ensuring effective dough handling during processing.
The belt is food approved and operates within a temperature range of 14 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit. It offers limited resistance to oil and grease and requires only half the dusting flour compared to all cotton belts. The recommended splice is split finger clipper, and it supports #36SP alligator lace. Its maximum width is 78.7 inches, and it has interchangeable surfaces for versatile use.
