The Norpro Lattice Pie Mold is a handy tool designed to make mini pies with ease. It creates approximately 4.5" pies by cutting pastry dough into two pie shapes, including a vented lattice cutout on one side. Simply place dough on the smooth edge, fill with sweet or savory ingredients, baste edges with egg, and close the mold to crimp and seal the mini pie shut.
This mold allows for easy lifting of the mini pie for frying or baking on a sheet.
