This Focus Foodservice Half Size Silicone Bake Mat measures 11-7/8" x 16-1/2" and is made from food-grade silicone over reinforced fiberglass. It withstands temperatures up to 500°F, providing a naturally non-stick surface that eliminates the need for grease, fats, or oils during baking. The smooth side is ideal for baking cookies, danishes, or pastries, ensuring easy release and consistent results.
Safe for use in ovens, freezers, and microwaves, this bake mat is easy to clean with warm, soapy water. It should be stored loosely rolled with the rough side out and must not be folded, bent, scraped, or cut. Note that it is not dishwasher safe.
