This "Triple Size" Rosette Iron Mold is made from durable, lightweight cast aluminum alloy, designed for easy handling around hot oil. Featuring a floral pattern, it creates flaky traditional Scandinavian rosette cookies popular in Finland during May Day celebrations. The design allows cookies to slide easily off the mold after frying, making it convenient for repeated use.
