The Wolf AHP636 Series Counter Model Achiever Natural Gas Hotplate 36" is designed for commercial kitchens requiring powerful and reliable cooking equipment. It features six open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr for rapid preheating and efficient heat recovery. Constructed with a heavy gauge welded steel chassis, this hotplate ensures durability and long-lasting performance. The stainless steel front with a "Cool Bullnose," sides, and backsplash provide a professional appearance and easy cleaning.
This 36" wide hotplate includes cast iron grates, lift-off burner heads, and protected standing pilots for safety and convenience. Manual gas valve controls allow precise flame adjustment. Additional features include an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. Certified by CSA and NSF, it is suitable for natural gas utility and weighs 265 lbs, with dimensions of 36" width, 31-3/8" depth, and 16-5/8" height.
