The Hobart Legacy HL662-1STD 60 qt. Pizza Mixer is designed for heavy-duty mixing tasks with a powerful 2.7 HP motor and gear-driven transmission. It features two fixed agitator speeds and Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls for easy operation. The mixer includes a stainless steel bowl with single point installation, ergonomic swing-out design, and power bowl lift for convenience. Its patented soft start agitation technology ensures smooth mixing, while the 50-minute SmartTimer™ with automatic time recall enhances efficiency.
This mixer is built with durability and user comfort in mind, featuring a stainless steel bowl guard and a metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish. The #12 taper attachment hub allows for versatile accessory use. With exterior dimensions of 23-1/4" width, 48-1/4" depth, and 61-3/10" height, it operates on 200-240 volts with 10-18 amps and supports 1 to 3 phases at 50-60 hertz.
