This Fat Daddio's Stainless Steel Round Cake Ring measures 2-3/4" in diameter and 3/4" high. Made from 18-gauge polished stainless steel, it is hand-welded and polished to a mirror finish. The ring offers even heating with no hot spots and is temperature resistant, making it a reliable tool for chefs and bakers.
It is ideal for baking individual desserts, cakes, chocolates, entremets, and pastries, as well as freezing ice cream molds.
