The Somerset Bread Molder CDR-170 is a compact tabletop bread molder designed for versatility and efficiency in limited spaces. It features interchangeable pressure plates ranging from 6" to 15", making it ideal for breads, challah, hot dog buns, specialty breads, dinner rolls, bolillos, Cuban bread, sub rolls, breadsticks, pretzels, and baguettes. This machine produces up to 30 pieces per minute with synthetic rollers and includes safety sensors for automatic shutoff.
Constructed with heavy-duty, all stainless steel welded construction, the CDR-170 is sanitary and durable. It has spring-loaded scrapers that are easily removable for cleaning, a maintenance-free drive mechanism isolated from the roller area, and a simple handle adjustment for uniform products. The conveyor belt is easily removable for cleaning and service. The machine ships standard with synthetic rollers but metallic rollers are also available.
