The Somerset Bread Molder CDR-250 is a compact tabletop bread molder designed for efficient dough rolling and sheeting with interchangeable pressure plates from 6" to 20". It is perfect for breads, challah, hot dog buns, specialty breads, dinner rolls, bolillos, Cuban bread, sub rolls, breadsticks, pretzels, and baguettes. The machine produces 30 pieces per minute with synthetic rollers and includes safety sensors for automatic shutoff.
Built with heavy-duty, all stainless steel welded construction, the CDR-250 is sanitary and durable. It features spring-loaded scrapers that are easily removable for cleaning, a maintenance-free drive mechanism isolated from the roller area, and simple handle adjustments for uniform products. The conveyor belt is easily removable for cleaning and service. Synthetic rollers come standard, with metallic rollers available as an option.
