The Blodgett DFG-200-ES Premium Series single deck convection oven is designed for bakery depth applications, offering a natural gas-powered solution with a 50,000 BTU input. It features a full angle-iron frame with stainless steel front, top, and sides, and dual pane thermal glass windows encased in stainless steel door frames. The oven includes a powder coated door handle with simultaneous door operation and a triple-mounted pressure lock door design for durability.
Inside, the oven has a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and stainless steel combustion chamber with five chrome-plated racks and eleven rack positions. It operates with a direct fired gas system and electronic spark ignition control, providing a temperature range from 200°F to 500°F. The oven is Energy Star qualified and NSF listed, with a solid state digital control and draft diverter for venting, making it ideal for commercial bakery use.
