The Atosa PPSL-12 12" Blade Slicer is a manual gravity feed slicer featuring a 12-inch diameter special alloy knife made by Rasspe in Italy. It offers precision slice thickness adjustment up to 9/16 inch and includes a built-in sharpener with two stones for maintaining a razor-sharp edge. The slicer is designed with sealed splash zones and a permanent ring guard for enhanced sanitation and safety.
Constructed with an anodized aluminum alloy base and food chute, this slicer includes overload protection, a knife cover interlock, and an on/off power switch to prevent accidental operation. Powered by a 1/3 HP motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, it operates on 120V and 250 watts, making it suitable for commercial food preparation environments requiring reliable and precise slicing.
