This Hot Side Electric Thermostat, Type KXP, operates within a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a 3/16" x 6 1/2" nickel bulb and a 24" capillary tube, designed for use in various fryer models such as GE and Hobart fryers. The thermostat features an offset horizontal mount and comes with a black and silver thermostat knob for easy adjustment.
Compatible with multiple capillary clamps and insulation options, this thermostat supports snap-in and clip-on bulb clamps and Robertshaw Acroflex insulation sleeving for bulbs up to 3/8" diameter. It replaces several OEM numbers, ensuring compatibility and reliable temperature control in commercial kitchen equipment.
