The Vulcan VPT13 Pass-Through Holding & Transport Cabinet is engineered to keep food hot and fresh from cooking to serving. Featuring an energy-efficient cabinet design and rugged tubular steel frame, it ensures quick preheating and reliable performance in commercial kitchens. The cabinet includes a forced air blower and side-mounted push handles for easy mobility and even heat distribution.
Constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, this mobile cabinet holds up to 13 pans and is equipped with a recessed control panel and analog thermometer that monitors temperatures up to 190°F. It runs on 120V power with a NEMA 5-15P plug and includes 5" casters for smooth transport. Certified by cULus and UL, it meets safety and quality standards.
