The Somerset CDR-1500 Dough Roller is a compact, side-operated machine designed for fast, safe, and precise dough rolling. It is perfect for pizza, pie crusts, roti, pita, flatbreads, cookies, calzones, sweet doughs, and more. This roller sheets 500–600 pieces per hour to a uniform thickness in seconds, making it ideal for busy foodservice environments.
Constructed entirely of foodservice-grade stainless steel, the CDR-1500 features synthetic rollers and spring-loaded scrapers for easy cleaning and removal. Its heavy-duty ½ HP maintenance-free gear motor and permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings ensure reliable performance. The machine includes 4” adjustable stainless steel legs and a large hopper for handling large dough pieces, combining durability with ergonomic design.
