The Berkel X13E-PLUS Manual Gravity Feed Slicer is part of the next generation of professional slicers, designed with advanced technology for motion, geometry, energy, and hygiene. It features a sanitary one-piece engineered polymer base and product table that reduces seams and joints, providing an NSF approved surface for easy cleaning.
Equipped with a 13" stainless steel knife, table-mounted sharpener with borazon stones, and a permanent knife guard, this slicer offers precise thickness control and wafer-thin slices. It includes a kick stand for easy cleaning access and a product fence for holding small items securely. Operating manually with 1/2 HP power at 120 volts and 8 amps, it meets NSF/ANSI 8 standards and is ETL listed.
