The Skyfood CLM-300 is a table top dough roller and sheeter designed for single-pass dough processing with a 4.5 lb capacity. It features a 12" roll width and a 3/8" roll opening, equipped with dual scrapers for both upper and lower rollers to ensure smooth operation. The front-mounted thickness control and safety guard on the feed chute enhance usability and safety.
Constructed with stainless steel feed and receiving areas and a gear-driven transmission, this machine includes a 4" diameter chrome-coated cylinder and a No-Bac baked enamel finish for durability.
