The Robot Coupe Bowl Cutter Mixer R2B CLR offers the same powerful performance as the R2B model but features a clear polycarbonate cutter bowl with handle and see-thru lid for enhanced visibility during food preparation. It is designed to prepare up to 850 servings in 3 hours or less, performing vertical cutting and mixing tasks such as mixing, chopping, pureeing, blending, and kneading doughs.
Powered by a 1 HP induction motor running at 1725 rpm with a single speed and on/off plus pulse switch, this machine includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for safe operation. It comes with a stainless steel smooth edge “S” blade, with optional fine serrated and coarse serrated blades available. The unit measures 16 9/16" H × 11" L × 8 11/16" W and weighs approximately 27 lbs. It is ETL Electrical and Sanitation listed and comes with a 3-year motor warranty and 1-year parts and labor coverage.
