The Skyfood HMC-PT Heated Merchandiser Cabinet is a countertop, pass-thru unit featuring three nickel-plated shelves for displaying and keeping food warm. It uses a 304 stainless steel tubular heating element with steam line technology, thermostatically controlled up to 248°F to maintain optimal serving temperatures.
Constructed with tempered glass sides and hinged front and rear doors, the cabinet offers excellent visibility and easy access. Additional features include LED lighting, an anodized aluminum frame, and a stainless steel base. Operating at 110 volts, 60 hertz, single phase with 500 watts, this merchandiser is ideal for commercial food service environments.
