The Silikomart SQ090 Silicone Square Savarin Mold is a 60x40 cm flexible mold designed to create 28 single portions of savarin with a contemporary square design. Each cavity measures 2.7" x 2.7" x 1.0" (68mm x 68mm x 26mm) and holds 3.0 oz. (90 ml), perfect for uniform and elegant desserts.
Made in Italy, this mold features a non-stick, shine-smooth upper surface for easy food release. It is heat safe up to 446°F (230°C) and cold safe down to -76°F (-60°C), suitable for baking and freezing.
