RADYAN Somerset CDR-1500M Dough Roller
The Somerset CDR-1500M Dough Roller features a compact, side-operated design that simplifies dough rolling and sheeting tasks. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it ensures durability, sanitation, and maintenance-free performance. This model is equipped with metal rollers and spring-loaded scrapers for easy cleaning. It is ideal for rolling various dough types including pizza, pie crusts, flatbreads, and sweet doughs, producing uniform thickness quickly and efficiently.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, the CDR-1500M can sheet 500 to 600 pieces per hour. It includes a large hopper for accommodating sizable dough pieces and a heavy-duty ½ HP gear motor. The drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area, enhancing safety and ease of maintenance. Adjustable stainless steel legs and simple handle adjustments provide ergonomic operation in limited spaces.
