The Bakers Pride Hearthbake Series GP61 Countertop Oven features two independent baking chambers with Cordierite decks, allowing for versatile baking options such as pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads. The lower deck offers rapid baking, while the upper deck provides slower, precise baking. The upper decks are removable to create a 12-inch baking height for larger items.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this oven includes bottom-hinged reversible doors and 4-inch adjustable chrome-plated legs. It operates on natural gas or liquid propane with a 45,000 BTU output and offers a temperature range of 300-650°F, making it a flexible and efficient choice for commercial kitchens.
