The Bakers Pride P46S Countertop Double Deck Electric Oven features two independently controlled baking chambers designed for versatile cooking applications. The upper chamber includes two decks suitable for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads, while the lower chamber has one deck ideal for baking or roasting. Both chambers have Cordierite decks with heights of 7.75" on top and 7.5" on the bottom, ensuring even heat distribution and consistent baking results.
Operating at 208 volts and 5750 watts, this oven offers thermostats ranging from 284–680°F for the top chamber and 140–550°F for the bottom chamber. Fully insulated with Incoloy steel tubular elements, it provides excellent heat retention and balanced baking. Each unit is tested by in-house technicians to ensure performance and durability, making it a reliable choice for commercial baking needs.
