The Somerset CDR-700 Extra Heavy Duty Dough Sheeter is engineered for high-volume, demanding foodservice environments. Constructed entirely of stainless steel with synthetic rollers and spring-loaded scrapers, the CDR-700 features a heavy-duty 1 HP gear motor and safety sensors for automatic shutoff. Its maintenance-free drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area, and adjustable legs provide stability. This sheeter meets OSHA requirements and is built to deliver dependable performance in busy professional kitchens.
