This Hot Side Electric Thermostat, Type KXT, controls temperatures from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a 3/16" x 12 1/4" nickel bulb and a 36" capillary tube, suitable for use in Jade Grill series, Market Forge, Tri-Star ovens, and Wolf/Vulcan ovens with electric ignition. The thermostat comes with a black knob featuring white numbers for clear temperature settings.
Compatible with various capillary clamps and insulation sleeves, this thermostat supports snap-in and clip-on bulb clamps and Robertshaw Acroflex insulation for bulbs up to 3/8" diameter. It replaces multiple OEM numbers, ensuring dependable temperature regulation in commercial cooking appliances.
