The Wolf SCB60 Counter Model Natural Gas Charbroiler is a high capacity commercial grill designed for efficient and powerful cooking. It features a stainless steel front, sides, top trim, and grease trough for durability and easy maintenance. The unit includes eleven 14,500 BTU/hr burners with heavy duty cast iron char-radiants and 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates for optimal heat distribution.
This charbroiler offers manual gas valve controls and a standing pilot ignition system for reliable ignition. Its underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards to ensure even cooking. The unit stands on 4" adjustable legs and connects via a 3/4" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator, making it ideal for commercial kitchens requiring robust grilling performance and high output.
