Martellato Pink Velvet Silk Spray provides a refined, velvety finish with rich pink color intensity, perfect for decorating frozen desserts, mousses, parfaits, and chocolates. Its advanced oil-based formula adds a sophisticated texture and elegant appearance, ensuring consistent and flawless coverage on cold or frozen surfaces. This spray is ideal for professional pastry chefs aiming to enhance their creations with a stunning decorative effect that improves both presentation and visual appeal.
Usage involves shaking well until the internal sphere moves freely and spraying a uniform layer from 20-25 cm on the cold surface. If the product solidifies, warm the can in hot water up to 95°F (35°C). After use, clean the nozzle and spray upside down to clear the actuator. Store at room temperature, protect from sunlight, and avoid temperatures above 120°F (50°C). Allow a setting time of 1 hour before consumption.
