This Robot Coupe Vegetable Preparation Machine is designed for high volume processing of vegetables and fruits, handling up to 1,200 lbs per hour. It features a 4 HP three-phase induction motor with two speeds (450/850 rpm) and accommodates 39 different processing discs. The machine includes a metal pusher feed head with a 7" diameter and a feed tube of 3" diameter, along with a stainless steel stand for stability.
Equipped with two discs—a 3mm slicing disc and a 3mm grating disc—this continuous feed processor offers dicing capabilities and a complete selection of 40 discs. Its dimensions are 59" H x 16" L x 24 1/8" W, and it is ETL electrical and sanitation listed, making it suitable for commercial food preparation environments.
